Quick question...

how would I go about  hiring a black cab in the manchester area? I am just going through the licencing procedure at the moment and have no idea where to start looking for a vehicle.

Also I am 23 years of age will this have an impact on the insurance-

i've a good contact who i believe as the biggest radio circuit in greater manchester who rents out black cabs, sells them and even provides finance on purchasing cab with plate etc. where abouts in Manc are you?
