HI looking for advice, I run a corporate travel business, ie a client comes to us to arrange there travel it could be from the uk to say india thus we arrange there travel from booking there car to the airport for them there flight and there collection from the airport in india, we then pay all the service providers involved and invoice the client plus our commision for the whole package, Sometimes they may just ask us to book a car to take them to the airport which we do. We do not operate any of our own vehicles we just phone a operator and book there car and we are invoiced from the operator and we in turn invoice the client.

my question is : Do we need a private hire operators license for this type of business
