Hi Just wondering, as a licensed Hackney Carriage driver do I have to start or end in the district for which I'm licensed if a booking is made by telephone? e.g. I work in North Somerset, can I make a pickup and drop off in the nearby district of Sedgemoor, or must my journey somehow involve North Somerset? Thanks in advance!

If your pre-booked and can prove it you can pick up from anywhere - otherwise what would happen with airport runs etc.
