A question for you all. Recently a very large sum of money was provided by both the Government and the european union for english language, and driver training btec .Millions are involved, now i have proof that the agencies are paid a bounty of at least £800 per driver signing up to such a scheme,in some cases ,the drivers are paid, this varies from area to area and is controlled by each agency. Now the government were made aware of drivers being assaulted and murdered whilst at work.We were told that funding to protect drivers was not available at present

My question to you is" WHAT WOULD YOU PREFER" to be able to say to your attackers ,in a good english voice "please gentlemen dont stab/shoot me as i have a wife and family" or would you prefer the safety cameras which are proving very good at detering attacks.WHERE DO YOU THINK THE MONEY IS BEST SPENT?

well mr,president it would seem that  drivers are so shocked to read that agencies are paid a bounty for opening their hearts to their plight that they have been struck dumb. £s spent on educating them ,could pay for cameras and still leave change for the agencies to profit from this government initative,   (ching  ching)
