I am taxi driver working in North Wales, on 11th July i was the victim of a violent assualt, where i was kicked unconsious and left for dead, the indivicuals are still at large it was approximatly two weeks before the police informed me that the indivicuals would be arressted on sight, However it shocks me two think that after three days they had been identified, names and addresses, and that it was another two weeks before this course of action by the police was to take place. I have also been informed that the three assailants have gone to ground. With the knowledge the police are looking for them. Had the police acted quickly at the time of the asaullt, I would not be in a postion where I am now looking over my shoulder, and hesitating when ever i let anyone in my cab. My Query is this the common responce by the police in the rest of the Uk or just North Wales? |
