I work for a small taxi company in Eastern Canada and my boss is trying to find a small program that the office can use so that the CSR (Customer Service Representative) (AKA : phone answerer) can enter the address and other details including having it time stamped. After the CSR as taken the call, we would like to have it appear on another Computer that is on a LAN. The Dispatcher would then add the car number to the call then have it saved in a log file. We don’t want a whole Dispatch system that includes GPS and other equipment, just a simple program between the CSR and the Dispatcher. Any information would be appreciated. Thank you for your help.
