They said it couldnt be done, sick pay for the self employed, at reasonable cost. So no surprise the GMBPDB London has done it met this afternoon to arrange distribution of 100.000 application forms. First event it will be presented at Drive 08 Farnborough 21/22 April. Immense interest so far £6 amonth gets £100 a week £10 a month gets £200 a week £15 a month gets £300 aweek plus £10000 death benefit. look out for info in coming Taxi-Today mag.

Seeing its underwritten at LLoyds maybe thats not a problem?? and Tri-Star biggest Chauffeur company in western europe have bought in [still their mugs eh] dont see a problem and not come across anyone freom either side of the industry not impressed !

Charlie tell us your qualifications might to be able to save LLoyds and Tri-Star some dough????????????

Evidently our Black Cab COMRADES recognise its value note 3 have already accessed it. we dont admit them into membership currently, but they have joined through their wives/partners MEMBERSHIP! So much for the LTDA EH???????????

This scheme allows for immediate family of MEMBERS to join the scheme!

Does it only apply to physical illness because if it covers people with mental health problems and the anti union brigade on here sign up it won't last long even if that tuppney happney mob Lloyds have underwritten it.

What have you ever done for the drivers Flanagan that's what I want to know - no - nicht - no - nine - when the truth is out by christ it will be splashed everywhere then we will see who is out of their depth

Look I know we got access to red routes for picking up a dropping off and exempted from the congestion charge but apart from that what has the union ever done for us.

I am still waiting for an answer on the question in relation to the sick scheme, let's face it if those with pre planned holidays who are adept at manipulating things for their own advantage and their friends with a plastic underwear fetish are allowed in even Lloyds will end up bankrupt.

By the way they want to know if their mate Gazza can join
