hi guys, just come across this site can anyone tell me the age restrictions on black cabs, my licensing athority is rossendale bourgh council in lancashire, at the moment we dont have black cabs just ordinary taxis, mondeoes etc, with a 6 year age limit to bring them on and of at there 10 th birthday, does legislation cover black cabs |
