Paul,dont spoil my fun,lets see if steve can work it out.you may recall that i stated that testing for all new drivers could possibly benefit the trade,however to subject all drivers to the testing would be disastarous as i t ,1.insults the professionalism of people who have a good driving record over many years 2. reduces takings whilst learning to drive unless,, a day rate us agreed with organising bodies. 3. offers a large reduction in cab insurance rates, 4.fares are increased nationally in line with say a minimum of £5.50 or more for 2 miles....(unless your independent)
