Taxi drivers have complained about plans to merge two of the biggest firms in Sussex.

Hove Streamline 202020 and Brighton Streamline 747474 plan to join up and form a "super firm" in the new year but drivers are claiming they have not been properly consulted about the move.

The firms were founded in 1936 and have existed separately for more than 70 years.

The two firms currently have about 400 drivers between them.

In preparation for the merger, the 105 drivers of 202020, who are also equal owners in the company, voted for a seven-man committee so they could .........
