Taxi driver dies from pushing cab
|
| A taxi driver has collapsed and died while pushing his cab along a motorway on Merseyside, police have said.
The man was found on the carriageway of the M62 heading towards Manchester.
The incident happened as he was pushing his cab between Junction four at The Rocket in Liverpool and Junction five, Huyton, just after 0100 BST.
He was taken to Whiston Hospital where he was pronounced dead. Police are asking for anyone who may have seen what happened to come forward.
