Well them were good words to use in a situation of stated fact !
I am very impressed...a man of your nature speaking like that....
Well just remember drivers !!!!!!!!!!!!! Will you understand the words after you pay ?
More so...will the councils....? 
Anyways Terry what did you say ? I was looking at the telly there and I missed it !!!

More info looks like de-reg will be applied across the new Authorities area so far no-one has opposed this policy, evidently nothing to worry about then????????????????????????????
