I run a medium minicab company in London, but we are growing very fast. We get alot of enquiries about journeys from Birmingham, the airport & surrounding areas ( Coventry, Solihull ..etc.) that we cannot cover. We just turn them away. We also take bookings from those areas that our drivers are not that happy with as they have to travel longer to cover them.
I am interested in cooperating with a company in Birmingham on a mutual basis, where we direct these enquiries to your tel no as long as you do the same for jobs that you do not want to (or you cannot) cover, in London & South East.
We can also cooperate on the basis of exchanging a certain amount of bookings (lets say a £1000 worth of jobs per week)in that area so we get an equal amount of bookings in our catchment area.
