At the moment i am paying £450 a year for my car insurance on my own private vehicle (not even used for taxi-ing as i am not taxi driver till end of next week/start of the week after). It is due for renewal in may, So i did a few quotes, and when it is asking for my profession i am saying the truth, and the quote is doubling,

Does anyone know of any decent car insurance companies that will offer taxi drivers a good deal on their own private car?
