Taxi bank only uses fully licensed operators who are contracted to us for the provision of this service.

I have been waiting for payment from Taxibank since August 2009. I have spoken to their accounts department numberous times and have been promised payment every month since I started really chasing them in December 2010. IW as actually told that the payment had been authorised while I was on the phone and still not a penny. I have tried again today and suprise suprise it goes to answer phone. I have been in touch with our solicitors now as I am not prepared to wait any longer.

When we failed to receive paymen from Taxibank I was calling them everyday, I know it is a pain in the backside but they soon got fed up with it!!
