HAS ANY ONE ELSE HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH BT.
I STILL HAVE IT TODAY.

BACK IN DECEMBER 09 I SWITCHED FROM A BT RESIDENTIAL LINE TO A BUSINESS LINE WITCH OFFERED ME A CALL PACKAGE FROM WHEN I SIGNED UP AND IT WAS ACTIVATED IN DECEMBER.
THE CALL PACKAGE WAS FOR UNLIMITED CALLS TO LANDLINE AND MOBILES WITH A FAIR USAGE POLICY (5000 LANDLINE 300 MOBILE) INCLUDING DIVERTING TO A MOBILE WHICH I THOUGHT WAS FAIR ENOUGH.
I RECIEVED AN EMAIL THE FEW DAYS LATER IN DECEMBER AND I STILL HAVE IT SAYING, MY REQUEST FOR THE PACKAGE HAD BEEN ACTIVATED SUCCESSFULLY.

THE BIG PROBLEM IS FROM THE FIRST DATE OF IT BEING ACTIVATED BACK IN DECEMBER I HAVE BEEN CONSTANTLY CHARGED FOR PHONE CALLS AND MY MONTHLY BILL ONE MONTH WAS FOR £71.00 RATHER THAN THE PLANNED FLAT RATE CALL PACKAGE MONTHKY AMOUNT OF £45.14 WHICH INCLUDES MY MINUITES LINE RENTAL AND VAT.

NOW I HAVE RECIEVED SO MANY BILLS AND DEMANDS FOR MONEY AND FINAL REMINDERS FOR THE MONEY THAT I SHOULD NOT BE OWING DUE TO HUMAN ERROR IN THERE ORGANISATION AND I AM RIPPING MY HAIR OUT AND MY HEAD FEELS LIKE ITS ABOUT TO EXPLODE TRYING TO TELL THESE PEOPLE IN THE BILLING ENQUIRIES DEPARTMENT AND ITS GETTING BEYOND THE JOKE RECIEVING BILLS EVERY WEEK AND CALLING THEM ON THE PHONE GOING OVER THE SAME OLD GROUND TIME AND TIME AGAIN, ABOUT TWO TIMES A WEEK,TELLING THEM I SIGNED UP AND SWITCHED FROM A RESIDENTIAL LINE TO BT BUSINESS LINE FOR THE SAKE OF A FLAT RATE ALL INCLUSIVE CALL PACKAGE.

ITS A TOTAL NIGHTMARE,I WOULD NOT HAVE SWITCHED FROM RESIDENTIAL LINE TO THIS, AS THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN NO COST SAVING INVOLVED, IF IT WAS NOT FOR THE ALL INCLUSIVE CALL PACKAGE BEING OFFERED TO ME BACK IN DEC 09
