The PCO are allowing a wife killer to bcome a Blach Cab Driver!

The PCO have given him permission to start the knowledge.

The paranoid Schozophrenic admitted strangling his wife and was sentenced in January 2001 to indefinite detention under the mental health Act

He was freed in October 2003 and his conviction for manslaughter declared spent 2005.


So have the PCO finally lost the plot???
