I feel safe to laugh at such an incident cos no one got hurt.... but I, like the police, must have been too busy counting the number of times he spun to notice the fact that he had got up and run away... BRILLIANT

watch how high the pillion rider goes and he gets up and runs off, and he as no helmet on
