In July i submitted my application for a Derwentside Hackney Carriage licence, and at the time of application there were no locality tests required.

 

In the process of my application (over the past 3 months) whilst i have been awaiting the return of my CRB check, a new locality test was introduced. Are they going to ask me to complete a locality test before giving me my badge?

knowing how the councils work i wouldnt be surprised.


but surely sense would prevail. do they have a date when it came into effect and ask if any applications before that date would be effected
