A couple of things... I don't think people will be worried about what you don't charge them... how much WILL you charge them?
Secondly, with the greatest respect, I'm not sure how the 2 examples you gave there are good examples of SEO???

there not good examples of seo, there rather poor tbh, theres no high volume keywords and by the looks of things your only looking for google local listings?? How do you perform on national, high volume phrases? I do my own optimisation, so i dont need to pay anyone, my site is www.taxibooking.co.uk im 2nd for taxi booking, on page 2 for taxi transfers and 1st and 2nd page on a whole host of other airport phrases. I get tips from someone I know who works in SEO so if you need advice or looking for SEO then pm me |

But SEO is a real big can of worms
Would you want to rebuild a website that has been built using lots of tables
or modify one where someone has bought a website template.
Are you going to optimise the copy on the site?
etc etc |
